            |  | Particle-izer The particle-izer uses advanced technology for the reduction of various materials including new technology materials that are resistant to conventional size reduction.The particle-izer utilizes multiple tool steel, carbide tipped and stainless D2 hardened bed knives are positioned to take advantage of the material flow being processed through the unit.
Available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and abrasion resistant and other materials of construction. All welded housing is available for easy clean designs. Unit sizes available to meet most application requirements. Model sizes available are,10", 15", 22", 30" & 48". Special configurations will be Motor sizes to suit application requirements from 5 hp to 75 hp. Because of the rotor configuration, the motor horsepower requirements can be in some cases ¼ that of conventional knife cutters. Rotor speeds are selected to suit application requirements from 75 to 3000 rpm.
